Conference Abstract. Both the NNCI Nano + AM Summit, and the NNCI REU Convocation will require abstracts to be submitted by July 15. Follow instructions and the template provided by the Nano + AM Summit at https://nanoamsummit.com/call-for-abstracts-2024 , complete and submit your abstract for the Summit, then complete and submit the abstract for convocation using this [LINK].

Posters Requirements for REU Convocation: Size requirement is 30”x40” or 40”x30”. No specific requirements for fonts and/or colors. Must include NSF REU Site Logo and award ID # 2348869, and the Kentucky Multiscale Site logo and award ID # 2025075, as well as the NSF Official Logo. Your home institution logo, the NNCI logo, and the University of Louisville’s logo are optional. All author names and references must also be included.

Dress code for NNCI Convocation is Professional but Business Casual also acceptable, however wearing a tie is required.
Abstracts for the NNCI Nano + AM Summit are due by July 15th.
Abstracts for the 2024 NNCI Convocation are due by noon July 15, 2024. Please follow the recommended abstract from the Convocation website or email communication. This abstract may be different than the abstract required for your other required conference. Please note your NNCI Site Name is “KY Multiscale”.
Posters are due: July 19 by noon (Final Poster PPT). Email PDF to Ana.
Final 8min power point presentations are due by noon July 25, 2024. A Dropbox folder will be set up so you can save your final presentation there.
