Please read this important information about your stipend

Look in your inbox for an email coming from acctspay@louisville.edu asking you to complete an electronic registration. You will be assigned a supplier ID number a few days after completing the registration. Please email ana.galiano@louisville.edu your “approved” ID (not the registration #) so that your paperwork can be completed. Provided this paperwork is done on-time (prior to May 15), you will receive your stipend in 3 installments per the schedule below:

First Stipend - $2000, Within 2 weeks of start of program (June).

Second Stipend - $2000, by Mid July.

Third Stipend - Within 2 weeks after your final report has been turned in and approved by your mentor. Mentor approval email and report must be emailed to ana.galiano@louisville.edu to initiate your final stipend paperwork.
