Travel Arrangements Request for IMPACT-NG

Please complete the form below to request air travel or mileage reimbursement. If you prefer to drive, our program will reimburse up to 300 miles at approx. 56 cents per mile.

If you are traveling by air, we will arrange a multi-city itinerary from home to Louisville, from Louisville to U. of Nebraska (August 4th), and from NE to your home airport (August 6th or 7th).

If you are driving to Louisville, we will arrange airfare to U. of Nebraska from SDF to Lincoln or Omaha airports and back to Louisville. If you prefer to drive back home before leaving for Nebraska please email ana.galiano@louisville.edu.

Labs are within walking distance from your apartment building, but if you are driving to Louisville, you will need a parking pass for your apartment building.
