Travel Arrangements Request for IMPACT-NG
Please complete the form below to request air travel or mileage reimbursement. If you prefer to drive, our program will reimburse up to 300 miles at approx. 56 cents per mile. Additionally, we will provide you with a parking permit for the summer free of charge.
If you are traveling by air, we will arrange a multi-city itinerary from home to Louisville, from Louisville to U. of San Diego (August 2nd), and from U. of San Diego to your home airport (August 5th or 6th).
If you are driving to Louisville, we will arrange roundtrip airfare from Louisville to U. of San Diego and back to Louisville. If you prefer to drive back home before leaving for U. of San Diego please email ana.galiano@louisville.edu asap.
